1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"444pub" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 444pub.cam, operated under a valid PAGCOR license.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 444pub platform for any purpose, including browsing, depositing, wagering, or claiming bonuses.

"Account"

The individual user account created by a Player upon registration on 444pub, including the associated wallet balance, bonus credits, and transaction history.

"Real Money Play"

Any gameplay conducted using Philippine Peso funds deposited into a Player's 444pub wallet, as distinct from any free-play or demonstration mode.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a 444pub promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

To register and use 444pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online casino gambling activities as governed by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. Registration by any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4. Account Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access Real Money Play on 444pub, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 444pub. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, to claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. 444pub reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

4.3 KYC Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal or enabling access to the full game library, 444pub requires each Player to complete KYC verification. You will be required to submit a clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include:

• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444pub login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you. 444pub strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

444pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 444pub does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your 444pub wallet in real time or as quickly as your payment provider's processing times permit. 444pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in your verified name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. To request a withdrawal, your KYC verification must be fully approved. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

444pub aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 444pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal fraud or anti-money laundering thresholds, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

444pub complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation in the Philippines, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. 444pub may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account at any time. Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or structuring of transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

444pub offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free bet awards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 444pub account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, applicable game categories, game contribution weightings, and time limits are stated on each individual promotion page. It is your responsibility to review these conditions before claiming any offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

444pub prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to place bets, exploiting game errors, collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or employing arbitrage strategies designed to exploit promotional offers. 444pub reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where abuse is detected.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or have not had their wagering requirements fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire and be automatically removed from your account. 444pub is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 444pub platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game interface or game-information page. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and 444pub's server-side records, the server-side records shall be conclusive and binding.

444pub uses certified random number generator (RNG) systems for all non-live digital table games and slot titles. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of physical play conducted by trained dealers under studio conditions that comply with 444pub's game integrity standards.

In the event of a system malfunction, network outage, or technical error that affects the outcome or integrity of a game round, 444pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to Players' accounts. This applies to both single-player and multiplayer game formats, including live dealer tables.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 444pub. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of the platform by any person under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using another person's identity or payment details
• Registering multiple accounts for the same individual
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits or collusion
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Attempting to circumvent any restriction, self-exclusion order, or account suspension
• Using VPN services or IP masking to misrepresent geographic location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444pub staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reproducing any part of the 444pub platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 444pub platform — including but not limited to the 444pub brand name and logo, game graphics and audio, website design, software, text, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to 444pub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 444pub platform without express prior written consent from 444pub.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

444pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available on the 444pub website at /privacy-policy. By using 444pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

444pub will share personal data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law. 444pub will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 444pub's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to your 444pub account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 444pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

444pub does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect service availability. 444pub shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, network outages, or regulatory actions.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension or Closure by 444pub

444pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe; the account is operated by a person who does not meet eligibility requirements; or where required to do so by PAGCOR or another Philippine regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, 444pub will return any verified real-money balance held in the account, net of any outstanding bonus obligations.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 444pub account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining balance may be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Voluntary closure does not waive any pending liability to 444pub.

13. Responsible Gaming

444pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The following tools are available to all players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your 444pub account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of 444pub, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents 444pub from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm.

15. Amendments to These Terms

444pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on record and/or via a notice displayed on the 444pub platform prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of 444pub following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
